International

The HR Division Ambassadors Program, launched in 2008, was designed to attract and welcome international members to the HR Division. There are currently ambassadors from over 50 countries, and they are charged with helping to promote engagement with AOM and create stronger connections among members across the globe.

HR Division Ambassadors are engaged in:

  • Developing initiatives which involve, engage, and serve our global membership;
  • Leveraging the knowledge within the division and develop events/products that contribute to the research, teaching, and service objectives of division members;
  • Promoting the division and the AOM in general to scholars around the world.
  • Connecting HR Division members within their own country (and global region) in order to enhance knowledge creation, promote research and education excellence

New ambassadors are invited to join the program every year, as we refresh representation on a rolling basis. If your country is not represented, and you would like to become an ambassador please contact us. Ambassadors can be at any career stage but should have a strong, active connection with the HR scholarly community in their representing country (ideally they are currently living and working in that country).
