Each year, Wharton People Analytics partners with an organization to host a people analytics case competition for student teams around the world. Teams put their analytics chops to the test by analyzing real-world organizational data to address a priority issue for our partner. Over the years student teams have generated a broad range of insights and made a significant impact in our partner organizations.
This year, PLASTARC is partnering with WPA for an innovative exploration into the dynamics of hybrid and remote work. This partnership aims to uncover strategies that enhance worker well-being and productivity in modern work settings.
Finalists will be invited to showcase and present their submissions virtually, where their findings will be assessed by a panel of judges including representatives from PLASTARC, academics, and industry experts.
Winning submissions will be awarded a share of $25,000 in cash prizes. The 1st place team will receive complimentary tickets for the 2024 People Analytics Conference and have the opportunity to present in-person at the 11th Annual Wharton People Analytics Conference!
