    Dear HR Division, 

    An MBA student in my HR class is interested in learning about "the psychology of recruiting." I don't have any readings or resources that address that in any comprehensive way.  My readings tend to have implications for the psychology of recruiting, but do not directly address this. I would appreciate any suggestions of articles or books I could use and/or recommend to this student. I would be happy to compile resources and share with the group.
