Saint Joseph's University, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, invites applications for a tenure track position in Management, beginning for the Fall 2023 semester. A PhD or ABD with clear evidence of progress towards completion is required. Candidates must have a focus in Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management (or closely related areas), with interests in Leadership and/or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion preferred. Candidates with prior teaching experience in Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resources topics, as well as publications in these areas, are encouraged to apply. The appointment has a 3/3 teaching load and requires both in-person and online teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate (Masters) levels. The individual selected for this position will be expected to develop a quality research and publication record along with advising/mentoring of students.
