    Dear AOM Community,

    Greetings to all esteemed researchers and colleagues in the field of workplace safety management! I am thrilled to reach out to this vibrant community to invite your participation in a meta-analysis project focused on proactive safety behaviors in the workplace.

    As a Ph.D. student from Tsinghua University, along with my coauthors, we are committed to advancing our understanding of workplace safety and exploring the various factors that shape safety-related outcomes. In particular, we are interested in the proactive safety behaviors exhibited by employees and their impact on overall safety management within organizations.

    We are writing this post to kindly request your assistance in uncovering unpublished studies on proactive safety behaviors. If you have been involved in any research or are aware of unpublished studies related to workplace safety management, specifically pertaining to proactive safety behaviors, we kindly ask you to share them with us. We believe that by including these unpublished studies in our analysis, we can generate a more comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the topic.
