Attendees will have an option to participate in two 40-minute roundtable discussions from a variety of research areas. The research themes span a range of 18 HR topics: Alternative Work/Work Arrangements, Compensation, Diversity, Global HRM, HR, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, HR Analytics, HR Ecosystems, Leadership & Followership, Legal Issues (safety, discrimination, harassment), Onboarding & Socialization, Organizational Culture & Climate, Performance Management (performance appraisal and feedback), Recruitment/Job Search, Selection/Staffing, Sex & Gendered Work Disparities, Stressors, Strategic HR, and Turnover/Absenteeism/Withdrawal.
This year's forum will be held on Friday, August 9th from 3:30 – 5:00 CDT at the Swissotel: Lucerne III (Program Session #189).
