The Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Melbourne is looking for two Assistant or Associate professors in human resource management (Australian classification B-D). The appointee is expected to conduct research that focuses on strategic human resource management, human resource management, or industrial relations and will need to be able to demonstrate a track record, commensurate with the level of appointment, in top international journals.
