    The Department of Management at the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics seeks to fill a full-time, non-tenure track, Lecturer position beginning August 1, 2023. This is a nine-month assignment to initially span two academic years and is renewable. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in management (or related field) or a masters degree with 10 or more years of relevant industry experience. This lecturer position involves teaching four courses per semester at the undergrad and/or masters/MBA levels with additional opportunities to teach in our executive education programs. Course responsibilities could include, for example, undergraduate organizational behavior, human resource management, or strategic management, and/or graduate level leadership and negotiations. Depending on one's experience and interests, the position may also involve other duties, such as curriculum-building, program management, and coaching students.
