    Abilene Christian University's College of Business Administration seeks highly qualified applications for our next Dean, starting in Fall 2024. The selected candidate will be tasked with building on a strong legacy of leadership and impact in accomplishing our vision to education Christian business and technology professionals to honor God and serve the world.  As a distinctly Christian, AACSB-accredited business school, ACU's COBA has grown in national recognition for its strength in student success and academic preparation, alumni involvement, and most recently through the establishment of our Dukes School of Finance from a $29 million endowment gift. 

    We are seeking applicants with proven visionary leadership that can develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for the College, aligning with the university's mission and goals.  Also essential is having a track record in cultivating relationships with business leaders, alumni, and industry partners to further enhance our College's impact and visibility.  

    ACU's College of Business Administration is unique in having not only traditional business departments in Accounting, Finance, and Management Sciences (including Management, Marketing, and Information Systems), but also has a School of Information Technology - a unique pairing in business and technology preparation for our graduates.  The College also houses the nationally recognized Griggs Center for Entrepreneurship & Philanthropy and Lytle Center for Faith & Leadership.  With 35 full-time faculty, 6 full-time and 4 half-time professional staff, COBA serves more than 1,000 students as of Fall 2023.
