We are seeking a Senior Research Fellow/Research Fellow to work in the Centre of People, Work and Organisational Practice (CPWOP), Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, UK.
CPWOP has won funding in excess of £800,000, from a variety of sources including the ESRC, the CIPD, government agencies, Innovate UK and others. We are committed to research excellence and our work is published in leading journals in our field, alongside conducting research which directly impacts practice.
We are now seeking a research fellow or senior research fellow to further build our thriving community, whose contributions will be linked with one or more of the following themes:
*Employee Voice and Employee Engagement
*Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organisational Change
You will have the opportunity to get involved in many research and writing projects linked with our core skills of publishing, successful funding applications and organisational and policy impact/ knowledge exchange. We are especially interested in researchers with quantitative skills (although qualitative skills are also of value). Knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Qualtrics, SPSS and MPLUS) and ability to work with Excel at a good level is essential. We are looking for someone who is innovative, takes initiative, and will work well within a team.
