As Specialty Chief Editor, you'll shape the dialogue around organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness, engaging with an international community of scholars and practitioners. Are you prepared to influence the global conversation on these pivotal topics? 
 
Your Role:
 
⭐ **Defining the Scope**: With the assistance of our Launch or Journal team, you'll articulate the scope of your section within the first two weeks. Your mission statement will guide the discussion around organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness, setting a standard for authors, readers, and your editorial board.
 
⭐ **Identifying and Contacting Potential Board Members**: During the first month, you'll identify and invite leading figures to join your diverse team of Associate Editors. These experts should embody the spirit of diversity and inclusivity you'll champion, both in terms of their research focus and personal backgrounds.
 
⭐ **Assessing and Providing Feedback on Research Topic Proposals**: Your expert insight will guide the direction of our Frontiers Research Topics, assessing proposed themes and nurturing their development. Your feedback will ensure that the conversation remains at the cutting-edge of organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness.
 
⭐ **Supporting the Strategic Growth of Your Section**: As Specialty Chief Editor, you'll guide the strategic development of your section, ensuring it flourishes and propels the conversation around organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness forward.
 
⭐ **Acting as an Escalation Point**: In moments of challenge, your leadership skills will be invaluable. Associate Editors and our editorial office will rely on you for direction, making your role as a beacon of leadership critical.
 
⭐ **Submitting Your Specialty Grand Challenge**: You'll author a ~2000-word article within the first two months, detailing the most significant challenges and recent advancements in organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness. This pivotal piece will set the tone and focus for your specialty.
 
⭐ **Contributing Your Research**: Your contributions to the journal will help establish a quality standard for all future submissions. Your unique perspective on organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness is welcomed and encouraged.
 
⭐ **Proposing Research Topics**: As Specialty Chief Editor, you have the power to spotlight timely themes and novel ideas in your field. Propose Research Topics that reflect the current state and future direction of organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness.
 
Your Qualifications:
 
The ideal candidate will be at the Associate Professor level or above, with a proven publication record in internationally recognized journals, particularly in the field of organizational justice, diversity, and inclusiveness.
