     ASSISTANT AND ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR POSITIONS (2), INDUSTRIAL-ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY. The Department of Psychology at the University of Georgia (www.uga.edu/psychology) is seeking to fill two tenure-track positions in Industrial/Organizational Psychology beginning Fall 2023. One position is at the Assistant Professor level, the other is at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field. 

    Competitive candidates will have an established and strong record of research commensurate with career stage with potential for external funding. The areas of research are open, but we are particularly interested in applicants who have a strong quantitative background with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion and/or expertise in topics within the Industrial area (e.g., selection, assessment, training, performance management). 

    Successful applicants will join a nationally prominent and productive Industrial-Organizational research faculty and a department interested in promoting the careers of junior faculty. Requirements for each rank are outlined in the University Appointment, Promotion and Tenure Guidelines and the Promotion and Tenure Guidelines for the Department of Psychology.
