We are pleased to invite registrations for the 2021 HR Division New Faculty Consortium, which will be held on Wednesday, August 4 at 10:00am-2:00pm ET.

    Goals & Content
This PDW is geared towards early career faculty who teach or conduct research in HRM. Featuring successful senior faculty members with proven records in research and teaching, this PDW aims to provide guidance in navigating an academic career in an ever-changing and challenging environment.

Attendees will participate in interactive round table discussions about early career work-family balance, dual career issues, and efficient teaching. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in panel discussions about research as well as tenure and promotion procedures.
