In support of the HR Division's goal of increasing member involvement and its global reach, we strongly encourage nominations that reflect the rich diversity, backgrounds, and perspectives of our membership. Please note that self-nominations are strongly encouraged!

Herbert Heneman Jr. Award for Career Achievement
The Herbert Heneman Jr. Award for Career Achievement is given to an individual who has distinguished themselves in the field of human resource management. This award recognizes an individual for their sustained (25+ years post-graduate school) excellence in research and impact on the field of HR.

Thomas A. Mahoney Mentoring Award
The Thomas A. Mahoney Mentoring Award is given to an individual who has distinguished themselves in the mentoring of PhD students. This award recognizes an individual for their sustained (25+ years post graduate-school) contributions to the mentorship of PhD students.

Early Career Achievement Award
The Early Career Achievement Award recognizes the promising track-record of research excellence from an individual during the early- to mid-career stage (within 7 years post graduate-school).

The Dave Ulrich Impact Award recognizes an individual for excellence in the application of theory and research in practice and/or public policy. Special attention will be given to a scholar whose contributions have shaped the understanding of human resources globally in practice and/or public policy.

Innovative Teaching Award
The Innovative Teaching Award recognizes colleague(s) who have demonstrated innovation in the classroom and/or leadership in disseminating those innovations in the teaching of human resource management. Special attention will be given to methods that are developed as a result of interactions with the business community and those methods and designs that are widely disseminated.
